\"Hey everyone,

When I released the original mix of ‘Diamonds’ a few weeks ago, I wasn’t able to clear the vocal samples I had originally used on the track, so with a short deadline I released instrumental. Without the samples, I felt like the track lost a lot of the vibe that I had spent so long perfecting. I wasn’t the only one bummed about it, I got a ton of messages, comments, tweets, etc. from you guys asking what happened to the vocal version, so I decided that I would release that version as a VIP, but I wanted to make some changes to the track in order for it to truly be a VIP. The first two sections are nearly identical to the original, but I changed the third drop to a 100 bpm transition that I think works even better than the original. I’m really proud of the end result of this track, I hope you guys dig it too!
