We are proud to present the debut artist album from Canadian artist City Lies. "Full Ambient" features 10 beautifully crafted ambient and downtempo pieces - a perfect soundtrack for your relaxation moments.
The first song, "Fiumi", consists of a truly hypnotizing soundscape with numerous pad layers and intermittent sound textures. "Vega" introduces mesmerizing percussion elements and an eerie theme melody, also accompanied by an equally haunting string line. "No Man's Land" includes an especially intriguing atmosphere, in which many various elements spice up the mix. In "Letting Go", we witness a beautiful string melody, carried seamlessly by floating chorus elements in the background. "Enigma" builds up an aesthetic soundscape, which is later enhanced by a lush breakbeat and theme hook. A calm atmosphere is presented in "Moonshine Blues", in which a bright theme hook brilliantly plays together with the surrounding pay layer elements. "Adagio" features a more ominous, but at the same time very comforting sound, which truly captivates the listener. "Toronto Nights (Night Theme Part 2)" showcases a mesmerizing breakbeat, as well as well-crafted sound effects and background synth stabs. "Tuesdays", which was just released together with Manu Zain's remix, features brilliant melodies in combination with soothing pad elements. Finally, "After The Rainfall" comfortingly closes the debut artist album from City Lies, with a calm breakbeat and joyful melodies on top.
